Country Style Ribs on the Traeger?
New to Traeger, and late to the party on this post, but I followed Matt Pittman's Meat Church Country Style Ribs recipe/video (making some flavor subs to suit my taste and the crowd being fed), but they were perfect. Boneless CSR's from a pork butt, and ready in 3 hours.

I leave it at 275F to finish (Meat Church recipe). I would use the book as a rough guide as far as timing; the Pro 34 has the thinnest gauge of steel, no insulation and no gaskets around the door. But I love mine to death and plan on low & slow cooking every time.
